Puzzle scoreboard

This application offers 2 core components:

• a contest-management interface, to manage puzzles and participants, with public live scoreboards
• a browser extension to record completion times during a live contest hosted in Google Meet

Both are open-sourced in our Gitea instance: https://gitea.puzzle-scoreboard.org.
